Chromac Warranty
Chromac's ("Chromac") warranty obligations for the Chromac case purchased (the "Case") are limited to the terms set forth in this document. Chromac warrants the Case against defects in materials, finishes and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of original purchase ("Limited Warranty"). If a defect occurs and a valid claim is filed to Chromac within the Limited Warranty, Chromac has the option of repairing the Case or exchange the Case with a replacement case equivalent to the original Case purchased. Chromac warrants repaired Cases and replacement Cases against defects in materials and workmanship from the date of the return for the remainder of the Limited Warranty. If a refund is given, the Case becomes Chromac's property. If the Case is exchanged, the replacement Case becomes your property and the returned Case becomes Chromac’s property.
Limitations & Exclusions
The warranty does not apply to any non-Chromac product or iMac computers, even if packaged or sold with the Case. Chromac's limited warranty applies only to the Case. This warranty does not apply to damage caused by abuse, misuse, or modification of the Case. The warranty excludes without limitation any scratching or surface damage to any non-Chromac product, even if packaged or sold with the Case.
No Other Warranties Honored
To the maximum extent permitted by law, this warranty and the remedies set forth are exclusive and in lieu of all other warranties, remedies and conditions, whether oral or written, express or implied. No Chromac reseller, agent, or employee is authorized to make any modification, extension, or addition to this warranty.
Limitation for Damages
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Chromac is not responsible for direct, or for special, incidental or consequential damages resulting from any breach of warranty or condition, or under any other legal theory, including without limitation any costs of replacing personal property, or costs of recovering or reproducing any program or data stored in a device used with or carried in the Chromac Case. Chromac’s liability is limited, at its sole option, to replacement or repair of the Case only.
