You may not share your password or other account access information with any other party, temporarily or permanently, and You shall be responsible for all uses of your Chromac.com registrations and passwords, whether or not authorized by You. You agree to immediately notify Chromac of any unauthorized use of your account, passwords or Chromac Premium Subscriber Billing Account, as the case may be.

Warranty and Liability.

We do not represent or warrant that the information and materials contained on this Web Site are accurate, complete or current or that the use of this Web Site, or any Linked Site, is free of risk of viruses or other damage. It is your responsibility to establish such procedures for data backup and viruses checking as you consider necessary.

Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and are to be interpreted in accordance with the law of Los Angeles, California and in the event of any dispute arising in relation to these Terms or this Web Site the Los Angeles, California Courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

Term and Termination.

These Terms will remain in full force and effect while You are a User of Chromac.com at any level. Chromac reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to pursue all of its legal remedies, including but not limited to removal of your User Content from Chromac.com and the other Chromac Sites and immediate termination of your registration with or ability to access Chromac.com and the other Chromac Sites and/or any other services provided to You by Chromac, upon any breach by You of these Terms or if Chromac is unable to verify or authenticate any information You submit to Chromac.com or pursuant to other Chromac Site registration.

These Terms constitute a binding agreement between You and Chromac, and is accepted by You upon your use of the Chromac Site. You represent that you are capable of entering into a binding agreement, and that you agree to be bound by these Terms.
